    I bought this as present for a friends birthday, & I can guarantee that she'll love it as much as I do. A lot of thought has gone into the presentation of this beautiful tea cup, & it comes in its own very stylish, & well padded box, which I was not expecting.

    I have to say the speed of service was outstanding, & I was kept informed with emails of the progress of the tea cup all the way. So looking at everything together, the tea cup, the presentation etc it's got to be an 11 out of 10.
